Tuesday – Sowerby Bridge about 10ish to do 2 Slalom Sessions.
Wednesday – HPP as planned
Saturday – HPP as planned (John Sturgess & Greg Hitchen)
Sunday – HPP as planned (John, Esther & possibly Greg)

We are hopeing to hold the AGM on Monday 1ST march 2010.I will try to keep you all informed.We need as many there as possible its your club come and have your say.

This has now been confirmed it will be at the friends meeting house same place as last year see you all there

Washburn Releases

Yorkshire Slalom & Green Star Training Events 2009-2010

Please see below for a copy of the Yorkshire & Green Star Winter Training Programmes.

You should find the contact name for each activity in the attached document.

Yorkshire Slalom Events at HPP and Tryweryn the contacts are usually Greg Hitchen and John Sturgess. If you want to got to these events please book in with BOTH John and Greg.

Other events are usually organised by Esther. Please let her know if you are able to come as it makes organisation much easier.

The Trip to Trywerryn on 21^st./22^nd November has been moved to HPP as it looks very much as if there will not be a release at the Tryweryn.

Try Canoe Slalom!

Canoe Slalom is an excellent introduction to moving water for all paddlers. They are in constant view of someone and in the lower divisions the water is not intimidating. Canoe Slalom is organised in 5 divisions. Division 4 is for novices. The Premier Division is for the real experts.

We will help any new Slalom Paddler wishing to take part. If you are interested please contact us and we will welcome you and try to help you in any way you feel we can. Coaching, Kayaks and canoes are available on request.

Change to slalom training days

Green Star are changing from a Tuesday to a Wednesday at HPP and
Wednesday to Tuesday at Hatfield Water Park.

This new regime will start after the school holidays.
