About Green Star Canoe Club
Green Star Canoe Club was founded in 1993 by Esther Mathews. It has grown to be one of the largest and most active clubs in the area and even nationally – Green Star Canoe Club is one of the largest slalom clubs in the country. Also supporting polo teams in several regional and national divisions. Green Star Canoe Club plays a large part in training, coaching and skills development in the Yorkshire and Northern Regions for both these disciplines.
Green Star Canoe Club’s main lake is located in Finningley, Doncaster. Sitting on the borders of South Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and North Nottinghamshire, the lake is accessible from the A1, M62/M180 and M1/M18. Click on the map below for directions.
